Participation waiver

I acknowledge that participation in the sports events organised by Social Sport involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, accidents, or other unforeseen circumstances. By creating an account and booking a session, I voluntarily assume all such risks and agree to the following terms.

Assumption of risk

I understand and accept that participating in all sports events run by Social Sport carries potential risks. I confirm that I voluntarily participate in these activities and assume all associated risks.

Release of liability

I hereby waive, release, and discharge Social Sport, its employees, volunteers, agents, and affiliates from any and all claims, demands, actions, or causes of action arising out of or in connection with my participation in these events. This waiver includes claims for negligence, except for gross negligence or wilful misconduct.

Medical conditions

I certify that I am physically fit and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in these sports events. I also agree to disclose any relevant medical information to the organisers.

Indemnification

I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Social Sport from any liability, loss, or expenses incurred due to my participation.

Photos and media

Social Sport may take photos or video at events and use them for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in photographs or video, tell the event lead at the start of the session and we will keep you out of them.

Acknowledgement

By creating an account or booking a session on this website, I acknowledge that I have read and fully understand this waiver, and I voluntarily agree to its terms. The date on which you accept this waiver is recorded against your account.
