8-week pilot programme

Eight weeks of unlimited sport for your team, before you commit to anything.

Every employee gets unlimited access to casual sessions for eight weeks, drawn from one shared company pool — no seat licences, no per-person setup, no season-long commitment.

  • Open to all employees
  • We run everything
  • Week-6 review
  • Stop or continue after 8 weeks

The pilot is a paid programme at a fixed introductory rate. We're opening it to a small number of companies in each city.

What's included

Everything below is part of the pilot — there are no add-ons to buy.

Unlimited casual sport

Badminton, padel, tennis, volleyball and more — every employee can attend as many eligible sessions as they like.

Automatic access

Verified work-email sign-up joins employees to your team. No seat licences, no per-person setup.

Dedicated WhatsApp group

A group for your team with updates, support and reminders.

Internal communications

Branded assets and templates to help you promote the pilot internally.

Corporate dashboard

Real-time visibility of participation, retention and your most popular sessions.

All event administration

We handle venues, equipment, bookings, waiting lists, payments and refunds.

The eight weeks, week by week

A clear run from launch to decision, so you know exactly what happens and when.

  1. Before week 1

    Setup, done by us

We add your work email domain, build your company dashboard and prepare your internal launch pack. Nothing for your team to install or configure.

  2. Week 1

    Launch

Your team signs up with their work email, joins the company WhatsApp group and books their first sessions. We run a short launch message for you.

  3. Weeks 2–3

    Habit forming

Weekly sessions across your city. We nudge people who signed up but haven't played yet, and open waiting lists when sessions fill.

  4. Weeks 4–5

    Widening the group

We rotate sports and times so people who couldn't make the first sessions can join, and highlight the sessions your team likes most.

  5. Week 6

    Review together

We sit down with you and look at participation, retention and utilisation, then agree what happens after the pilot.

  6. Weeks 7–8

    Finish strong

Sessions keep running while you decide. If you continue, your team moves onto a monthly, quarterly or annual credit subscription with no gap.

The sessions your team would join

These are live sessions running right now in Cambridge, London and Oxford — the same ones your employees would book during the pilot.

Questions companies ask us

How many people can take part?
Everyone in your company. There are no seat licences and no per-person setup — anyone with a verified work email can book.
What does it cost?
The pilot is a paid programme at a fixed introductory rate for the eight weeks. We'll send you the figure when you enquire, along with what continuing afterwards would look like.
What if people don't turn up?
That's exactly what the pilot is for. Your dashboard shows real participation, and the week-6 review is an honest look at whether this is working before anyone commits further.
Do we have to organise anything?
No. We handle venues, equipment, event leads, bookings, waiting lists, payments, refunds and cancellations. You share the launch message with your team.
Which cities can we run it in?
Cambridge, London and Oxford. Hybrid teams can use whichever city suits each person.
What happens at the end?
Nothing automatic. You either move onto a credit subscription or stop — there is no season-long commitment built into the pilot.
